Franciscan University of Steubenville produces television and radio shows which are broadcast locally and occasionally on EWTN. To host the hundreds of hours of film content and provide the shows to families, friends and alumni, the University needed a video-based website and theme.
HyperDo worked with this initiative to realize a site that not only hosts the media content, but organizes it in a searchable, playable format. We developed dynamic icons that archive and describe the content with a hover feature. For the blog we used an AutoBlog plug-in, which dynamically brings articles and content from the site onto the blog page so that news is always fresh.
Inspired by class and a Romanesque feel, HyperDo clothed the website in rich, brass-edged graphic design, maintaining a branding that stood apart from the University’s but retained a similar atmosphere.
Thanks to these fluid features and an overall easy navigability, FaithandReason.com received 716 Facebook likes in 90 days and has thousands of viewers enjoying its media content.
