The St. Thomas More House of Prayer, a non-profit in NW Pennsylvania, wanted to move their site into the Web 2.0 fold. They had your typical static html site but wanted to convert it into a dynamic site that they could administer themselves. Some of the more notable features are that it has streaming headlines on the homepage that change out every 30 minutes. There is also local weather from the National Weather Service that is updated every half hour. They wanted this feature in order to let guests, that are planning to stay at the retreat center, have access to local conditions. The site also has a built in mass email engine so that they can keep in touch with their member base. PayPal Donate is also integrated into the homepage as a convenient way for visitors to make secure donations to this 5013c. www.liturgyofthehours.org

Testimonials
“I contracted with Christopher on behalf of a friend, to upgrade and fix a Joomla site in a variety of ways. Christopher did a great job all around, going far beyond the call of duty, and delighting my friend, the real client. I can happily recommend Christopher for this kind of web development and maintenance.” October 13, 2009 Founder at Em Software, Inc. |
