OTC Picks is  is an online financial news center that focuses on promoting emerging growth companies that do not necessarily have widespread analyst coverage on Wall Street. They had a robust content management system with all kinds of information for investors. But their site was extremely slow loading even on a fast broadband connection.  Much of the drag was caused by the bloated code in a template which had too many options and conditional PHP queries and arguments to go through.

The graphic design department already had the layout. They handed that over to us and we worked our magic. The new template for the content management system that you see here is completely tableless, pure css valid code.  We cut their loading time into a fraction.
